By accessing or using this application ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms. This Service is operated by Taciturn Studios LLC. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Service Purpose
The Service provides AI-powered writing analysis tools designed for informational and creative development purposes. It does not provide legal advice, psychological advice, publishing guarantees, or professional consulting.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of any writing submitted. By submitting content, you grant permission for it to be processed solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. Taciturn Studios does not claim ownership of your work.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt system exploitation, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service to generate content intended to deceive or defraud others.
4. AI-Generated Output
You acknowledge that results are interpretive, outputs are not factual determinations, and outputs are assistive tools only. AI-generated insights may occasionally be imprecise or incomplete. You are solely responsible for how you use the results.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. All pricing is disclosed at the time of purchase. Because reports are AI-generated and delivered immediately upon completion, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered in cases of system error, duplicate charge, or failure to deliver. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Taciturn Studios reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding on this Service is the property of Taciturn Studios LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. AI-generated reports delivered to you are licensed for your personal use only.
7. Termination
Taciturn Studios reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms occurs. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of career outcomes, publishing success, or creative performance. Taciturn Studios makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated output.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taciturn Studios LLC shall not be liable for reliance on AI output, indirect or consequential damages, lost opportunities, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
You agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal proceeding. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Platform Independence
This Service is not affiliated with Apple, Google, OpenAI, or any marketplace.
13. Referral Rewards
Referral rewards are discretionary and non-transferable. Self-referrals or abuse may result in removal of rewards.
14. Changes to Terms
Taciturn Studios may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
