Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of AI-generated reports, all sales are final once a report is generated. Each report may be regenerated up to two times within 7 days of purchase.

Thank you for using MyAuthorVoice. Because the Service delivers custom AI-generated reports, the following policy applies.

1. Nature of the Product

All purchases provide access to personalized AI-generated writing reports — content uniquely created based on your submission. These are custom digital products, not pre-made goods. Once generated, they cannot be returned.

2. Finality of Reports

Each report is considered final upon generation. To ensure fairness and user satisfaction, each purchased report may be generated up to two (2) times. This allows you to clarify inputs, adjust writing samples, or improve accuracy. After two generations, the report is deemed complete.

3. No Refunds After Generation

Because reports are personalized, immediately delivered, and non-reversible, refunds are not issued once a report has been generated. This policy aligns with digital product standards worldwide.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if a report fails to generate due to a system error, a duplicate charge occurs, or a technical malfunction prevents delivery. Submit requests to [email protected].

5. Dissatisfaction vs. Defect

Differences in interpretation or expectations do not qualify as defects. AI-generated insights are interpretive, advisory, and not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Regeneration Window

Regenerations must occur within 7 days of initial generation. After that, reports are considered closed.

7. Input Responsibility

Report quality depends on the writing sample provided. Taciturn Studios is not responsible for incomplete or misleading submissions.

8. Abuse Prevention

Attempts to generate excessive retries, exploit refund loopholes, or reverse charges after delivery may result in account restriction.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after successful report delivery may result in account suspension and loss of future access. We encourage contacting us first for resolution.

10. AI Nature Reminder

All outputs are insight tools, not certifications, and not evaluations of personal worth or ability.
